Really good customer service and very honest in every work they do. They detail out every job that is recommended on the vehicle. They are very honest and don’t try to make you to work that is not needed. I would highly recommend. I take all my vehicles and always recommend my family and friends.

Make sure if you put deposits you get proof they smile in your face even when they're gouging your pockets they claim in the state of California its illegal to give refunds..... literally told me to my face after telling me they could over the phone..... shimmers and scammers if you go here watch them work on your car. I drove my car 12.5 hrs no lights no issues, went to get a smog there and now I've got broken $800 dollar repairs to make and screwed out of $150 bucks. Should be FRUGAL LUXE

They are completely honest about the condition of your car while giving you multiple options based off your specific circumstance. They gave us multiple rides to and from our house due to our car having to stay overnight as well as multiple discounts without us even inquiring. Excellent staff and service. Not your typical upselling auto shop that is looking to make an extra buck. They actually show you what’s wrong with the vehicle and ensure they are there to help you with what needs to be done! Excellent work, excellent customer service, worked with me on every hoop to jump through that i had to deal with as i just bought a car with significantly downplayed problems from the seller, but luxe took care of me on every way needed and i greatly apperciate thier diligence, the car now works well, no compliants with thier work. Definitely recommend this place before all others.

I came in the shop today after having a bad experience with another shop. I initially called and the owner Turab answered and told me to come right over and that they would take care of me. The building was beautiful. The inside was immaculate. I was also helped by Mario who had great customer service and was very nice and thorough with me. They took care of my smog immediately.. I talked to another lady that was in there and said she said nothing but amazing experiences in here and has brought four different cars to this shop . She said they are very honest and do not try and take advantage of people and that is wonderful news. I will be bringing all my cars to the shop.!!!

Took my Honda in because my tire light came on. They were super busy but took me immediately and did a wonderful job. The guy in the office was extremely professional and detailed. Awesome experience, I highly recommend.

nice people, easy to book an appointment, my car is working, there’s a lot of communication with staff which is a good sign. Labor seems to be low cost and parts have slightly higher markups than some other places. Others were charging less for parts and more for labor though, so the trade off is even. Others were also not as transparent with me. Edit: When getting my car serviced here I noticed when it was given back to me they turned my AC all the way to the coldest setting and the maximum fan speed. When I was using it, there seemed to be not as cold of a temperature and it wasn’t working as well suddenly anymore. I had it looked at by someone else and I was right, it’s suddenly damaged. I understand it’s hot out. But counterproductive to damage my car while fixing it. I guess that’s one way to get yourself return business. To your reply: Running the AC at the coldest temperature on maximum fan speed in 100 degree weather does in fact damage the unit and was unnecessary to begin with per your reply. : introduces severe efficiency loss, accelerated component wear, and potential system risks.

I used Luxe for a Tire Replacement. They are incredibly helpful, quick, and proficient. They had tires in stock that fit my Tesla of the correct size, and made the process as simple as it could be. No needless waiting or appointments. Very courteous staff, and they even identified some extra items on my car that I took back to Tesla for warranty evaluation.

I have been coming to Luxe Auto for a few years now and I everyone is always really helpful and accommodating. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond when I bring my car in for service.

I Brought My Mazda Miata Into Them For A Simple Alignment And They Told Me My Car Was unalignable because of my control arm bushings lol and proceeded to tell me my nut on my tie was bent and it wasn't at all I have all brand new suspension components that's why I knew they were lieing instantly and they weren't able to align my car, Owner And Mechanic were very unprofessional and got mad when I confronted them about lieing. when I left there and went to drive my car it was way worse and my tires were screeching down to road that's how bad they messed up my alignment, they told me they didn't make any adjustments too, they are liars and try to scam you into getting free money and they damage your car and make it worse as well, DO NOT GO HERE! I Went To Another Shop Down The street Called centerline auto and they told me that luxe put my alignment -3 degrees toed in, centerline had no problem at all fixing my car and got me aligned straight Without any issues
